All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the carrier. While we’ll always do our best to help, CAMI CAMI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll gladly reship it once it’s back — just note that a new shipping fee will apply.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
