Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, Cami Cami is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the new shipping cost before the package is resent.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Policy

  • If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return for store credit or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing us at info@camicamipr.com.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • Returned in their original packaging
  • Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

  • We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping fees.

  • Cami Cami is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
